Suffragettes in Bath: Activism in an Edwardian Arboretum

While researching her new book, Architects, Angels, Activists and the City of Bath, 1765-1965, associate professor Cynthia Hammond uncovered the untold story of the Suffragettes' Wood. The arboretum was planted on the outskirts of Bath by the suffragettes to honour the leaders of the struggle for women's rights. This video describes her process.
